Phase I: Initial Concept Development: In this phase we sit down with you and learn about your business and find out what goals you want to accomplish with your website. Based on that information we develop 2-3 design layouts from 2-3 different designers we have on staff. This provides you with several different design perspectives for you to choose from. This process usually takes 5-7 days.
Phase II: Based on your feedback from phase 1, the site build will begin. Depending on what your needs are, we can build your site in HTML, PHP, Java, MySQL, CMS or Flash. We can suggest the platform your site should be built in depending on what your goals are. As your site is developed, the completed sections will be posted in a secure client section for your review. This provides you with constant access so that you are able to see the progress of the job throughout the entire process. For an average website containing between 35-40 pages this phase takes between 3-4 weeks.
Phase III: Script Development: In this phase we will develop your scripts for your quote and contact pages. If your site has flash, this will also be developed in this phase. Generally, this will take between 5-7 business days.
Phase IV: Site Refinement & Finalization: Based on feedback we receive from Phase II & III, your website will be refined and finalized. It is in the phase that we also train our clients how to update and maintain their website if they choose to do so on their own. We will never leave you to fend for yourself after our job is complete. We make sure that you are fully aware on how to get the most out of your website as we believe it is your biggest sales tool. For those clients who do not prefer to maintain their own site, we also offer maintenance plans where we update and maintain the site for you.
